All new Sketchy Setups ebooks launch soon!

I’m hijacking the normal service around here for a few days because I’ve got something to announce.

Sketchy Setups Series 2 is launching on Friday, 12th June.

Series 2 contains three all new setup guides. These new ebooks address the instruments most requested since I first released Sketchy Setups.

#5. Fender Offset Guitars

#6. Locking Tremolo Guitars

#7. Acoustic Guitars

Learn to setup Fender Offsets, Locking Tremolo, and Acoustic Guitars

Because these three guides have to cover a broader range of instruments, they contain quite a bit more information. Each of these is about 50% longer than earlier Sketchy Setups. Of course, I’ve tried to stick with the Sketchy Setups ethos of ‘essentials only’ and avoid any filler. Actually, when you’re hand-drawing and lettering every page, filler is something you’ll shy away from naturally. 😉

Oh, yeah… If you’re not familiar with Sketchy Setups, they’re all hand-drawn and written. Every single page starts life as pencil sketches on paper (hence the name). My poor, aching hand created all of these things.

The Fender Offset guide covers the Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Mustang, and Jag-Stang instruments. These guitars often get a bad rap, mostly due to being poorly set-up. No more, though.

Do you like pointy guitars? Got an axe with a Floyd Rose, Ibanez Edge, or Kahler tremolo system? Well, I got ya covered with the Locking Tremolo guide. Set ‘em up and shred ‘em out.

And, I know there are a lot of acoustic players dying to get their hands on the Acoustic Guitars version of Sketchy Setups. This will walk you through the steps to get your acoustic playing it's best, (including pickups).

The three new Series 2 guides join the first series of Sketchy Setups guides:

#1. The Fender Stratocaster

#2. The Fender Telecaster

#3. The Gibson Les Paul, SG, 335, etc.

#4. The Fender Precision and Jazz Bass

I’ll have some more details and info on all of this over the next few days. I’m pretty psyched right now and I’m really looking forward to getting these out there.

Until then, pop June 5th in your mental (or actual) diary. I’ll try get something special going on for launch.

Of course, if you’re reading this from the future (after June 12th, 2020), you can just buy Sketchy Setups guitar setup guides without waiting. Probably download it while your HoverTesla flies you to Space-Mart or something.
