Due to really high demand, I’ve moved to a waiting list in order to try handle repair appointments.

Wow, you're Busy

Yeah, it can get a bit busy around here. I consider myself very fortunate that I'm always pretty busy but demand has really grown lately . I hope it means I'm doing something right but I understand that it can be a pain in the ass to wait to see me. I’m sorry about that.

How long will I have to wait?

That’s a really fair question but one that’s really difficult to answer. I’m sorry. Right now, I’m estimating a wait of at least two to three months but this is very much a best guess.

How does it all work?

Enter the details above. You don’t need to write a novel — it’s just to help me try estimate times. I’ll contact you when your turn comes up and you can make an appointment to drop your instrument with me. We’ll discuss the work, assess things, and most things will be turned around in just a few days.

What about cancellations? Can I get on a cancellation list?

This one really is a frequently asked question. So frequently, in fact, that the list for cancellations became pretty long too.

It’s urgent. Can I skip The Queue?

Sorry, no skips. If anything skips the queue, it pushes everything else out and delays everyone else in the queue. That’s not fair to a whole pipeline of players so, no skips. Of course, this also means people don’t skip ahead of you, so your guitar isn’t delayed any more than necessary. That’s fair, right? 

Is there a limit on the number of instruments i can bring?

Yes. Right now, I’m limiting things to two instruments per person. If there’s a reason you need to get your whole band’s gear serviced in one go, drop me a line and I’ll work with you to see what we can do.

Something’s Come Up And I Can’t Make My Appointment

Let me know as soon as possible. I’ll try my best to accommodate you another time on the same day or maybe the day before. However because of how I schedule work to begin pretty much immediately your guitar arrives, if you can’t make it then, I’ll probably have to add you back onto the waiting list).
